  • Sourdough application in Pizza: Neapolitan Style Pizza

2. Sourdough Starter

  • All about sourdough starter: creation and care
  • Hands-on: Feeding and maintenance of your 160plus-years sourdough starter

3. Pizza Making

  • Dough making from start to finish
  • Understanding dough development and fermentation
  • Working with different types of flours
  • Recipe variations and adjustments
  • Stretching techniques for perfect crusts
  • Exploring different toppings and flavors
  • ⁠Firing the pizza (with KYLN)

4. Tasting and Q&A

  • Sample different styles of sourdough pizza
  • Explore various flavors and toppings
  • ⁠Q&A Session: ask questions and share experiences
